**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:

- Collaborate with the business team to develop financial reports, oversee month-end closing processes, and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting and estimating funds required for short and long-term financial objectives, including salaries, marketing, and procurement.
- Effectively manage and track outstanding payments, debtors, and creditors.
- Supervise suspense in ledgers and liaise with the company accountant as needed.
- Manage payroll and other bank transactions, including vendor and service payments.

**Procurement**:

- Ensure optimal inventory management to guarantee the availability of necessary components for production at all times.
- Develop a procurement calendar based on usage projections.
- Identify and engage with suitable vendors for procurement, both locally and internationally.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and oversee the purchase process.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage procurement for any custom requirements as necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or a related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in Finance.
- Proficiency with Tally is a must.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and other financial planning software.
