**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Provide product and service information to clients and answer any questions they may have.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met.
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that will help them achieve their goals.
- Prepare reports and present findings to clients & management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
