Job Title: Sales Executive

ZEVpoint, a leading provider of EV charging solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, both online and offline.

2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and features of our EV charging solutions.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

6. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify new sales prospects and stay ahead in the market.

8. Prepare sales reports, track sales activities, and provide regular updates to the sales manager regarding sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network, generate leads, and represent ZEVpoint's products and services.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry advancements to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the technology, automotive, or renewable energy industry.

2. Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results in a target-oriented environment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationships.

4. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

5. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
