We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Representative. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales, promoting products or services, and securing appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings to prospects and persuade them to engage with our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote products or services to potential customers over the phone.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about products or services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
- Handle objections and address any concerns raised by prospects to maintain a positive dialogue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including call outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Follow established scripts and sales processes while also adapting to the unique needs of each prospect.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
