**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Program Development & Coordination**:

- Coordinate workshops, symposia, and international scientific events.
- Design and develop **scientific/technical sessions** for conferences and training programs.
- Form organizing committees and scientific panels with top-tier researchers.
- Continuously research and integrate **latest scientific findings** into course content.
- Ensure that courses meet accreditation and compliance requirements.

**Faculty & Speaker Engagement**:

- Identify and invite **professors, assistant/associate professors,** and faculty from universities.
- Engage **directors, managers, and executives from reputed healthcare companies** worldwide.
- Serve as the **main point of contact** for program chairs, session chairs, scientific committees, and invited speakers.

**Marketing & Outreach**:

- **Develop content** for conference communications, marketing campaigns, and promotions.
- Optimize **landing pages** to drive registrations and engagement.
- Research and develop innovative content marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with **scientific communities and healthcare organizations** for promotions.

**Event Execution & Operations**:

- Manage the **logistics and execution** of medical courses and conferences.
- Ensure smooth coordination of **scientific and technical sessions**.
- Provide **support to participants, faculty, and sponsors** before and during events.
- Track event performance and generate post-event reports.

**Research & Knowledge Management**:

- Regularly **analyse new medical research and industry trends** to improve course content.
- Identify potential **topics, advancements, and innovations** for upcoming courses.
- Ensure that **all information shared is scientifically accurate and up to date**.

**Job Requirements:Education & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Science, Pharma, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- **Experience in medical event management, scientific research, or academic coordination** is preferred.

- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.**:

- Ability to handle complex information **clearly and concisely**.
- Strong **sales and business development** mindset.
- High levels of **initiative, motivation, and problem-solving skills**.
- Strong **attention to detail** and ability to analyze information effectively.
- Ability to develop **engaging content** for marketing and promotional activities.
- Knowledge of **SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools** for online promotion.
- Up-to-date with the **latest trends in scientific research and healthcare education**.
