**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Communication**:
- Cold calling and tally calling to potential leads.
- Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handling inquiries and converting leads into sales.
- **Customer Review Management**:
- Collecting and managing feedback and reviews from clients.
- Resolving customer concerns or issues effectively.
- **Social Media Engagement**:
- Create product detail videos and reels for Instagram.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategy.
- **B2B & B2C Engagement**:
- Understand client requirements (both business and individual customers).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and sales pitches.
- Confident on camera; experience with Instagram Reels is a plus.
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales preferred.
- Must be proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹12000 - ₹30000 per month
