**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Develop creative and functional design concepts for commercial projects, including layout, material selection, lighting, and furniture.
- **Space Planning**: Create efficient and effective space plans that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.
- **Project Management**: Manage all phases of design projects from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and make adjustments based on feedback.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project success.
- **Technical Documentation**: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs, address any issues that arise, and ensure that projects are progressing according to plan.
- **Sustainability**: Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials into projects to meet environmental standards and client goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural interior design, with a focus on commercial projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and other regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial design projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in commercial interior design.
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior designers.
