**Position : Senior Architect**

**Experience : 3 years**

**Work Timings : 9am to 6pm**

**Location : Chennai**

We are looking for a **Site Architect** to oversee the interior fit-out and construction of office spaces. Your main job will be to ensure that the interior work is done as per the design, on time, and with high-quality finishes. You’ll work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to bring modern, functional office spaces to life.

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Check that interior execution follows design plans and building codes
- Supervise interior construction and fit-out work on site (gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, etc.)
- Make sure work follows approved drawings, details, and materials
- Check finishes, furniture layouts, partitions, ceilings, flooring, etc.
- Coordinate with MEP teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Solve design or execution issues during the fit-out
- Maintain quality standards and site safety
- Report progress and site updates to the design team
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and designers for smooth execution
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and updates

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in Architect
- [3+] years of experience with office interiors or fit-out projects
- Good eye for detail and high-quality finishes
