_**Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Site Management**:

- Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to architectural plans and specifications.
- Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes.

**2. Coordination**:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure that materials are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
- Address any issues or discrepancies in the work performed.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain quality.

**4. Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers follow safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Report any safety incidents or accidents promptly.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

**6. Client Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on site.
- Communicate project progress and any issues to clients promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and requirements.

**7. Measurement and Preparation**:

- Take accurate measurements of spaces to ensure proper fit and installation of products.
- Prepare the site for product installation, ensuring all necessary conditions and specifications are met.

**8. Product Installation Readiness**:

- Coordinate the delivery and staging of products for installation.
- Ensure the site is ready and accessible for installation teams.

**Education**: Diploma/B.E Civil

**Experience**: 2 - 5 years

**License**: Driving Licence

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
