**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities and labor
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Allocate daily tasks to workers and subcontractors
- Maintain site documentation and daily reports
- Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients as needed
- Handle minor on-site issues and resolve them promptly
- Ensure the proper use of materials and minimize wastage

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction/installation/site processes
- Ability to read drawings/plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Preferred**:

- Diploma or certification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
