**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Interior Turnkey Projects**

**Job Summary**:
The Site Supervisor for Interior Turnkey Projects plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior design and construction projects. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations at the project site, managing resources, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**:
Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and within planned milestone.

Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.

**Resource Management**:
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

**Quality Control**:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.

Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

**Safety Compliance**:
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.

Conduct safety meetings and provide safety training to workers.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, site photos, and incident reports.

Report progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

**Client Communication**:
Serve as a point of contact for the client on-site and address any concerns or questions.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality project.

**Conflict Resolution**:
Address any conflicts or disputes among team members or subcontractors professionally and promptly.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues effectively.

**Cost Control**:
Monitor project expenses and seek cost-effective solutions whenever possible.

Assist in budget management and cost estimation for additional work.

**Schedule Adherence**:
Maintain project schedules and adjust as necessary to accommodate unforeseen changes or delays.

Keep the Project Manager informed of any deviations from the original timeline.

Environmental Considerations:
Ensure that the project complies with environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices.

Implement waste management and recycling programs on-site.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior turnkey projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and techniques.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using project management and construction software/tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
