  • Project Oversight: Managing and supervising day-to-day construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
  • Technical Compliance: Ensuring all interior elements are constructed and installed according to specifications, technical drawings, and architectural plans.
  • Quality Control: Conducting regular site inspections to monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, and ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues, share updates, and achieve the project vision.
  • Budget & Time Management: Monitoring project expenses and managing schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical and logistical challenges that arise during the construction phase.
  • Safety Management: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
