**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Concept & Development**:Develop innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client requirements.Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations for client approvals.

**Technical Drawings & Documentation**:Prepare architectural and construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and project standards.

**Material & Product Research**:Identify suitable materials, finishes, and products in line with design intent and project budget.

**Client Interaction & Coordination**:Present design concepts, gather feedback, and incorporate client requirements effectively.Act as a bridge between clients, consultants, and contractors.

**Project & Site Coordination**:Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design execution as planned.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with senior architects, interior designers, and project managers for seamless project delivery.

**Compliance & Quality**:Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project timelines.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

**Experience**: 3 to 5 year of experience.

**Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to timelines and quality.

**Work Environment**:Office-based with occasional site visits (40%).
