**Educational Qualification**:BE/BTech or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.**

**We are looking for Oracle Database Administrator to join our team in Mumbai to manage our company's Oracle database system. As a master Oracle DBA Specialist, we expect you to have top-notch skills in RAC / Performance tuning and Patching skills. Experience in the BFSI domain will be an added advantage. You will be required to install and maintain the database software, create storage structures, set up user accounts, debug malfunctioning programs, create backups, and regularly maintain the database security.**

**To ensure success as an Oracle database administrator, you should have extensive experience with DBA front-end and back-end tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle database management. Ultimately, a top-level Oracle DBA can expertly manage a company's database system to maximize performance and efficiency.**

**Required Skills**:

- **Must have RAC / Performance Tuning/Patching skills.**:

- **Strong Performance tuning skills Query level tuning / DB tuning / Memory level tuning.**:

- **Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata,** **Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data Guard, Backup & Recovery etc.**:

- **Strong DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g and 12c.**:

- **Experience implementing high availability features of Oracle Database.**:

- **Sharp technical troubleshooting skills.**:

- **Good understanding of support processes.**:

- **Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.**:

- **Ability to spot proactive services that benefit the customer.**:

- **Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support.**:

- **Strong analytical skills.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **The process of setting up and maintaining an Oracle database.**:

- **Constructing storage database architectures with advanced security capabilities.**:

- **Modifying storage arrangements to accommodate the company's changing needs.**:

- **Creating user accounts for databases.**:

- **Instructing people on how to access the database's information.**:

- **Locating and fixing broken programmes that compromise the integrity of the database.**:

- **Making independent database backups.**:

- **You must update the database security protocols regularly.**

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Available to work 24X7 capability.**:

- **Oracle OCP DBA / OCI / ADB Certification Preferred.**:

- **7+ years of experience with Oracle Database as a DBA/Consultant/Support Engineer.**

**Salary**: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
