The AGM/SM - Banking & Treasury is a senior finance role responsible for managing the company's banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash flow management at PTC. This position ensures efficient handling of cash, investments, and liquidity, while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and optimizing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to negotiate favorable terms and services, ensuring optimal banking solutions and support for company operations.
- Oversee the company's treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and short-term and long-term investment strategies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity while maximizing returns on surplus cash.
- Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize returns on investments while managing risks in alignment with the company’s financial goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks related to banking and treasury operations, including interest rate risks, currency risks, and credit risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to banking and treasury activities. Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Generate and present detailed treasury reports, including cash positions, forecasts, and investment performance to senior management and the CFO.
- Oversee the reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies or issues.
- Manage and streamline payment processing systems to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all company payments.
- Oversee the company’s credit management activities, including credit risk assessment, credit policy enforcement, and management of credit facilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury and banking professionals, fostering a collaborative environment, and supporting their professional development.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) preferred.

**Experience**:

- 12-16 years of experience in banking and treasury management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, liquidity forecasting, and investment strategies.

Technical / Functional Expertise & other competencies:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to banking and treasury functions.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing banking relationships and securing favorable terms.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
