Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of the target customers and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Present, promote, and sell LIMS software products to prospective customers through in-person meetings, presentations, and demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation of the software at client sites.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including lead status, sales pipeline, and achieved targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare IT or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of LIMS software and the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
