**Job Summary**:
Mamta Medical College and Hospital, Siwan is seeking a qualified and dedicated **Matron** to oversee nursing services and ensure high standards of patient care and staff management. The Matron will supervise nursing operations, maintain discipline, ensure hygiene, and act as a liaison between the nursing staff and hospital administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all nursing activities in the hospital.
- Ensure proper staffing, duty allocation, and shift rotations.
- Monitor the performance and conduct of nursing staff and provide necessary guidance and discipline.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across wards.
- Ensure availability and proper use of medical supplies, uniforms, and nursing equipment.
- Organize regular staff training programs and skill development sessions.
- Collaborate with doctors and administrators to enhance patient care services.
- Address patient grievances and work to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain reports and records related to nursing services, staff attendance, and performance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or GNM preferred)
- Registration with the State Nursing Council
- Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience**, with at least **2 years in a supervisory or matron-level role**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations and maintain discipline

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Matron: 3 years (preferred)
