Nursing staff with a B.Sc. Nursing qualification play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients, promoting health, and supporting the healthcare team. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and maintaining detailed medical records while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution (required).

Valid nursing license or registration with the state or national nursing council.

**Experience**:
Entry-level to experienced nurses (experience level may vary depending on job requirements).

Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.

**Key Skills**:
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and medical terminology.

Proficiency in administering medications and performing clinical procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and patient management systems.

**Work Conditions**:
Work in hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities.

Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
