The Nursing Matron is a senior nursing professional responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing nursing staff. As a key leader in the healthcare team, the Matron ensures that clinical, administrative, and operational goals align with the hospital's mission and standards of excellence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent (required).
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
Current registration with the relevant nursing council or licensing body.
**Experience**:
8+ years of nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred.
**Key Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
Proficient in handling patient records and using healthcare software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
**Work Conditions**:
Work in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare facility setting.
The role may involve long hours, including evenings, weekends, and being on-call for emergencies.
May require standing or moving around for extended periods.
**Preferred Attributes**:
Advanced certifications in nursing management or leadership (e.g., CNML).
Familiarity with healthcare accreditation processes and quality assurance programs.
Strong focus on patient safety and staff well-being.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
