**Job Summary**:
Mamta Medical College and Hospital, Siwan is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Hospital Superintendent** to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, maintaining high standards of patient care, and ensuring compliance with medical, administrative, and regulatory protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all medical, administrative, and operational services of the hospital.
- Ensure the implementation of policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
- Monitor and improve quality of patient care and clinical services.
- Coordinate with Heads of Departments, nursing staff, and support teams for efficient workflow.
- Oversee hospital infrastructure, cleanliness, waste management, and safety measures.
- Handle complaints and grievances of patients and staff in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, NABH/NABL standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage hospital budgeting, resource allocation, and inventory control.
- Represent the hospital in administrative meetings, inspections, and audits.
- Guide recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of hospital staff.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS/MD or equivalent medical qualification; a degree/diploma in Hospital Administration (MHA or MBA Healthcare) is highly preferred.
- Minimum **7-10 years of relevant experience**, with at least **3 years in a senior administrative role**.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with hospital accreditation procedures and regulatory frameworks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Matron: 3 years (preferred)
