**Job description**
- **Job Title: Office Admin Assistant**:

- **Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
- **Location**: Ahmedabad
- **Days**: 06 Working Days (Mon-Sat)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company databases with employee records.
- Manage job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Remove job postings once vacancies are filled.
- Organize new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
- Address employee inquiries regarding office policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain and manage expense records related to office administration.
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
- Track and managed office stationery inventory to ensure availability.
- Monitor office discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee office opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain records of employee entry and exit times and address any policy violations.
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping staff for a clean and secure work environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in office administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
