We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support other administrative and operational duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in IT industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS office, Excel.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: ₹8,119.49 - ₹30,134.75 per month
