Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, warehouse, operations) to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
- Assist in order tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Build strong relationships with customers and promote loyalty.

**Qualification**:

- 12th passed (preferred)
- Fresher can apply

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of MS excel, google sheet.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
