**The Role**

We are looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented, analytics-driven, self-starter to join our event marketing team and be an active player in our larger demand generation team.

This role is responsible for the planning and execution of a number of pipeline generation event programs, including but not limited to trade shows, third party executive conferences, and webinars.

You will work cross-functionally with other marketing team members to bring your events to life, and our sales team to ensure value is generated from your efforts.

**What You'll Do**
- Manage top-of-funnel pipeline generation events and webinar programs end to end, from logistics to post-event follow-up
- Work with the Event Marketing Lead to develop programs goals and objectives
- Work with corporate marketing and product marketing to ensure proper messaging/content is delivered including but not limited to, speaking opportunities, collateral, videos, PR/AR opportunities, etc.
- Work with sales to coordinate proper pre-event outreach and post-event follow up
- Establish measurable objectives and success criteria, including pre-and-post evaluations and ROI analysis and work with Marketing Operations manager to track, measure and report accordingly
- Continuous reporting of plans, recommendations and results to the Demand Generation team and extended GTM team (marketing, sales, customer success)
- Assist Marketing Operations with data entry and list management from your events
- Manage and reconcile part of the event team budget with assistance from the Event Marketing Lead
- Process contracts and ensure proper timing of outbound payments
- Manage corporate swag and collateral for marketing sales use
- Provide planning and on-site support once events return to in-person
- Support various other event marketing projects as needed (i.e. - our annual conference, Breakthrough)

- 3+ years managing virtual and in-person events
- A history of approaching events with an analytical, results-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A history of creativity when approaching events to help brands stand out from the noise
- Exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget management skills
- Must be results-oriented and have the ability to succeed in a collaborative startup environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Proficiency with Pardot, Marketo or similar marketing automation software
- Proficiency with GoToWebinar or similar webinar software
- Must be open up to 30% travel once events return to in-person
- Familiarity with the health benefits and/or mental health benefits industry a plus
- Start-up experience a plus

Pay: ₹15,907.00 - ₹37,188.00 per month
