We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage and Event Service Expert to join our team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Coordinate event services, such as weddings, conferences, and banquet events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and products.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
