**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and follow up on leads through various sources including cold calling, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to prospective customers.
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide professional guidance on property selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **2-4 years of experience** in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** preferred).
- Ability to present projects confidently and professionally.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
