**Job Title**: Meta Ads Executive

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:
Develop and implement comprehensive Meta ad campaigns to meet

specific marketing goals and targets.

**Audience Targeting**:
Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach and engage specific

audience segments.

**Ad Creatives**:
Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives that

resonate with the target audience.

**Budget Management**:
Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across

campaigns for maximum ROI.

**Performance Analysis**:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Meta ad campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**A/B Testing**:
Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals, and audience targeting for

improved campaign performance.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features

on Meta platforms. Implement best practices accordingly.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and

analytics, to align Meta ad strategies with overall marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Proven Experience**:
Demonstrable experience as a Meta Ads Expert with a successful track

record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

**Analytical Skills**:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide

actionable insights.

**Creative Mindset**:
∙Ability to think creatively and contribute to the development of engaging ad

creatives.

**Results-Driven**:
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding key

performance indicators.

**Communication Skills**:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal

teams and stakeholders.

**Adaptability**:
Ability to adapt to changes in the digital advertising landscape and

implement new strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

1-2 Years experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager,

Instagram Ads).
