**Role Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Partner & Referral Strategy Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Co-founder of Edmingle and gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing strategies to scale our channel partner and referral programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the Co-founder to develop a robust channel partner and referral strategy aligned with Edmingle's growth objectives.
- Research and identify potential channel partners and referral networks across target industries.

**2.Execution & Coordination**:

- Assist in creating partnership models, incentive structures, and onboarding frameworks for channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of the strategies.

**3.Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders to drive collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.

**4.Performance Tracking**:

- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel partner and referral programs.
- Regularly analyze data and generate reports to present insights and recommendations to the Co-founder.

**5.Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for partnerships and referrals.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
