**Operational Excellence > Digitalization and Automation Solutions > Systems** The main purpose of this position is to support daily operations by monitoring & evaluating master relationship data within COO organization. Reporting to DiAS Manager, the Master Data & Trade Professional performs a variety of functions in accordance with Vestas Master Data Governance policies and procedures. Primary responsibility is to provide guidance, in charge of establishing, running & standardizing a set of processes important to maintaining a set of high-quality master data for global supply chain. The Master Data & Trade Professional works with analysts and internal departments to resolve operational issues as necessary in line with defined data standards. Development department operates in CEST zone with transition dates according to the EU rules, so flexibility in terms of working hours is required during daylight saving switch. **Responsibilities** Develop governance for Trade Master Data object Define Quality metrics, performance metrics ,measurements and standard guidelines/SOP's for Trade Master Data object Periodical review of MD quality and compliance with standard guidelines and governance defined Support in implementation of new or changes to existing supply chain set up and ensure the set ups gets incorporated at the MD processes Be a strategic point of contact, investigate and provide solutions to the business for the trade master data objects. Implement Reports in specific frequency for data quality and compliance to ensure non-conformity Coordinate with respective ownership team for further improvements Liaises closely with data end-users as appropriate and communicate necessary information.Responsible for timely reporting and tracking of issues with its latest status. Have the tracker up to date at any time **Qualifications** Bachelors or Master's degree along with experience in SAP Master Data/Project experience in supply chain set-up. (non-IT preferrable) 6-9 years' experience within a similar role and ideally have systems administration experience, on an ERP system such as (SAP MM/SD/MDG) is desirable Solid knowledge on MD tools/objects, Data Quality & Governance will be an added advantage **Competencies** Ability to handle priorities, identify criticality, work separately, focused, proceed with goals with or without mínimal supervision. Should able to plan meetings, capture minutes of meeting and follow-up on action items for different functions/users and self Solid knowledge on SAP Master Data such as Customer Master Data, Vendor Master Data, Material Master Data, configuration tables and its importance in various transactions Solid inquisitive skills and solid experience in MD tools / methodologies (SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, VSM, RCA, Win shuttle, BI, Service now and PowerPoint) Should be solid in handling huge data using excel, convert into information/presentation and present in a regional/global forum Efficient interpersonal skills, build relationships with different regional stakeholders, ability to communicate and coordinate well at all levels of the organization Should be an effective collaborator & act as first level of business support for Supply Chain and Trade Master Data.
