We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Tools: Expertise in Jira and Confluence (Strongly recommended)

Core Skills:

- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience as a Scrum master or with the agile methodology
- Knowledge of agile software development
- Proficient in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint retrospectives) and leading agile projects.
- Delivered team and organization training materials and workshops, building knowledge and skills to facilitate the agile transformation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills and patience

Certification: ICP-ACC Certification
