We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with a total of 10+ years of enterprise experience, including at least 5 years in collaborative project delivery as a Scrum Master.

**Required Skills**:
AWS Fundamentals Specialization.
Design Sprint.
Atlassian o Jira Fundamentals
Reporting in Jira Software.
Gain Project Insights through JQL.
Good in presentation skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel / PPT/ Word etc.,)
Project management Tool - Atlassian JIRA.
Good in Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Ability to deliver prototypes/proof of concepts in design sprint mode.

**Must-Have Skills**:
Project Delivery/Reporting
Lead and coach scrum adoption
Team Management

**Certifications**:
Preferred “SSM or SASM or SA” in SAFe practice
PMI Certification

**Course completion**:
AWS Fundamentals Specialization
Design Sprint
Atlassian
Jira Fundamentals
Reporting in Jira Software
Gain Project Insights through JQL

**Key Responsibilities**:
Display Servant leadership and enable the Agile practices within the team through practice.
Solid experience in Sprint activities, identifying priorities and dependencies.
Good experience in effectively managing the product backlog using JIRA.
Arrange and optimize product backlog.
Help communicate the owner’s wish list to the project team.
Organize scrum ceremonies.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time with the right quality as per IFF standard practice and guideline.
Good experience in Risk identification and mitigation.
Track and control the schedule, resources, and costs.
Coach Teams in Best Practices to achieve a common project goal.
Ability to drive 2 or more Scrum teams.
Facilitate Scrum Collaborations and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
Collaborate with other Scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
Support SAFe principles and practices, identifying and eliminating impediments, and facilitating flow.
Help the team coordinate with other teams on the Agile Release Train (ART).
Able to collaborate and work closely with the Cloud/Infrastructure team and handle the change requests/deployments.
