Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SCM - Master Data Management (MDM) Manager to lead master data initiatives across our supply chain operations. This role focuses on managing and governing master data related to materials, vendors, and customers, without requiring Informatica expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in supply chain and ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA or Oracle SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SCM master data governance across materials, vendors and customers.
  • Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Define and enforce data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage data creation, validation, and maintenance processes in ERP systems.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support ERP implementations and upgrades from a master data perspective.
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues.
  • Train and mentor team members and business users on data management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain and master data management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and data dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle SCM.
  • Experience in managing master data without reliance on Informatica or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in global supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and ERP data structures.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and validation techniques.
  • Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or supply chain analytics are a plus.
