Fluency in English & Portuguese (Certification is must)
- Good communication skills
- Basic Knowledge about Healthcare Industry

Role & responsibilities:

- To provide information to patients on the Medical Treatments, Costs, Hospital details, etc.
- Quick & proactive in providing assistance & support to patients relating to the treatment
- Ability to co-ordinate with patients & to ensure proper & timely treatments
- Assist them with their concerns before & during treatments.
- Good co-ordination with hospital & to maintain cordial relations with hospital employees for smooth patient service
- Reporting to manager on the going patient treatment process & any incidences occurring at the hospital premises

**Salary**: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
