The Plastic Caps Manufacturing Process Technician is responsible for all aspects of the over mold processes including; operation, repair, and maintenance of injection mould equipment.

Duties to include:

- Handle sophisticated moulds and machines.
- Repair and maintenance of moulds and machinery.
- Proper servicing of moulds.
- Responsible for documenting mould change and machine adjustments including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with Die Plast and Vasantha Moulds. As well as knowledge of Milacron and Chinese injection moulding machinery.
- Assisting in modification of existing procedures.
- Process molding parameters to achieve quality parts and optimized cycle times
- Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Production, and management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective action

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience with injection moulds.
- Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in wire harness and cable assembly a plus.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude a must
