1:

- Documentation for ISO-Certification, Analysis, 5S-Maintain.

2:

- Machine Handled: - Windsor 80 to 850 TON. Ferromatic 80 to 660 TON JIT Machinery 150 to 280 TON Toshiba Machines 100 to 450 TON

3:

- Injection Strech Blow moulding Machines: - ASB-50MB ASB-70DPH and DPW.

4:

- Extrusion Blow Moulding: - Central Machines & Plastic Processing (CMP). Uniloy Machines. Meper machines.

5:

- Responsible for make & maintain Daily, Monthly, Yearly maintenance of Injection Molding machines -ASB 50 MB and 70 DPH Machines and Windsor and Ferromatic -80,150, 350 & 450 Tons.

6:

- Handling of Utility which includes:
- DG Set of JAKSON-500 KVA.
- Low Pressure& High Pressure Compressors.
- Cooling Tower: - 200,100 and80 TR.
- Chiller: - 70,40 and 20 TR.
- AHU-8000CFM, 15000CFM.
- Air Washer 30000 CFM.
- Dryers - L&T, Bry-air and Motan 7:

- Attend the breakdown of machines in minimum time and increase plant availability.

8:

- Sharing off feedback to the maintenance manager on breakdown in their respective shift And Procurement of Spare Parts and Panning of Maintenance Work.

9:

- Maintain and Update the Log Book of Shift.

10:

- Allotment of Jobs to Electrician, Fitters and Motor mechanic and All shift Manpower. : -To provide the safe approach to various Equipment on priority.

12:

- Carrying out over hauling of pump and motors. : -To ensure the work completion with required quality standard.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
