**Job Title**:HPDC Machine Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate HPDC machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Die change over, Die blue matching on machines & Die Polish.
- Set up molds, monitor casting cycles, and adjust parameters for optimal performance.
- Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and measurements.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and molds.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure defect-free production.
- Maintain production records and report any deviations or concerns.

**Requirements**:
Minimum [2-5] years of experience in HPDC machine operation.

Technical diploma or relevant certification in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Knowledge of die casting processes, mold setup, and defect analysis.

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules.
