**Job Title: Junior Engineer-PDC/HPDC Quality**

**Job Location: Ghaziabad**

**Designation: Junior Engineer - PDC/HPDC Quality**

**Experience Required: 2-4 Years**

**Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month CTC**

Education Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Automobile / Production preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process inspection and monitoring of PDC operations as per quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to control plans, work instructions, and inspection checklists
- Identify, analyze, and document casting defects (porosity, blow holes, shrinkage, cracks, etc.).
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and assist in implementing corrective & preventive actions(CAPA)
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain consistent product quality.
- Support line operators and provide guidance on quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and defect data.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and process validations.
- Work in coordination with production, maintenance, and design teams for quality improvement
- Promote a zero-defect culture and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.Critical / **Must-Have Skills**

:

- Strong knowledge of PDC (Pressure Die Casting) process and defects.
- Experience in in-process quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, CMM basics).
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis.
- Exposure to control plan, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Ability to work in all 3 shifts with responsibility for shift quality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
