Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the organization's services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional items.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as necessary.

HR:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate training and development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or HR.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
