**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Documentary Storytelling_: Research, script, and produce one compelling documentary-style story per week, focusing on impactful narratives that align with our mission.
- _Bookkeeping Support_: Assist with financial record-keeping, budget tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- _Digital Presence Building_: Contribute to our online platforms by managing social media, updating website content, and creating engaging posts to enhance visibility.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, or basic video editing software like Adobe Premiere or iMovie).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

**Eligibility**:
Open to enthusiastic individuals passionate about learning, storytelling, and contributing to impactful projects.
Prior experience in content creation, research, or bookkeeping is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided.
Must be available to work from Cuttack, with potential for hybrid arrangements based on mutual agreement.

**Job Details**:

Location: Cuttack, Odisha (Primarily in-office, with flexibility for hybrid work for specific tasks, to be discussed during the interview).
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Internship (20-40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic or personal commitments).
