Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Media Executive to manage our online presence, drive brand awareness, and execute performance-driven campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media, paid advertising, content creation, and analytics, ensuring consistent growth and engagement for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Manage SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and display advertising.

  • Content & Creative Support

  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content writers for creative assets.

  • Ensure all digital content reflects brand tone, quality, and messaging.

  • Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Track, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns against KPIs.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) for insights and improvements.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align digital strategies with business objectives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 24 years of proven experience in digital marketing or media execution.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

  • Google Ads / Meta Ads / HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience in video marketing and influencer collaborations.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
