Personal Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman/Director/Executive.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize confidential records, files, and documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate office tasks, events, and follow-up on pending actions.
- Ensure the executive’s time is utilized efficiently through effective prioritization.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,285.00 per month
