Job Summary
We are looking for a executive secretary/personal secretary to manage day to day activities of our management
Responsibilities and Duties
- To manage all external correspondence through email and calls
- To record all transactions of customers in CRM
- To update all accounts and relevant records
- To follow up with customers on sales proposals and pending invoices
- To follow up with customers on payments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills 
- Good MS Office skills 
Benefits
Office timings is from Monday to Saturday; 9:15 am to 6:30 pm
Flexible benefit timings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
