**Experience**: Min 2 yrs as personal secretary
**Salary**: Negotiable
**Shift**: Fixed shift & Sunday fixed off
**Skillset**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Location**: Saidapet, Chennai.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Scheduling**: Managing appointments, meetings, and events for executives or team members.
- **Document Preparation**: Preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining and organizing important records, files, and documents.
- **Office Management**: Handling administrative duties such as managing office supplies, office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace.
- **Handling Visitors**: Greeting visitors and clients, and directing them as necessary.
- **Supporting Leadership**: Assisting senior executives with tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and personal assistance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
