**Academic Coordinator**

Msigma Gokulam is an upstart ed-tech company, backed by the corporate investment from Sree Gokulam Group of Companies. We are dedicated to providing quality and effective educational classes for engineering students. Our primary mode of classes are through online mediums; such as through our app and youtube. What sets us apart is our dedication towards delivering quality content which is easily graspable for our students. We are looking for talented individuals with anchoring skills to handle our front office as well as to act as anchor in our content such as Youtube Videos, Shorts and Instagram Reels.

**Responsibilities**
- Our customers are students or parents hence the prime responsibility is to keep a polite-friendly character and a positive attitude to build a good rapport with them.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs, provide insights and information to customers.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have, assist in resolving complaints/disputes.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering and offer solutions based on their needs.
- Keep an updated customer database.
- Keep a record of calls and relevant details.

**Requirements**:

- Clear, concise and fluent communication in English (both verbal and written).**
- Any Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Management
- Anchoring Skills is a plus.
- IATA is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Team player.
- Ability and willingness to learn about the services.
**- Experience in working in a similar job environment (education) is a huge plus.**

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sreekaryam, Thiruvananthapuram - 695011, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
