- **Job Summary**:_

The Academic Counsellor will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, fostering academic excellence, and promoting institutional growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Provide personalized counseling to students on academic matters, including course selection, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

2. Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure academic progress, identify challenges, and provide targeted support.

3. Convert prospective students into enrolled students by providing expert guidance on course selection and academic planning.

4. Assist in generating new leads and conducting outreach efforts to prospective students.

5. Perform additional tasks related to admissions, enrollment, and student coordination.

6. Provide individualized guidance to ensure students' academic and personal success.
- **Requirements**:_

1. Academic Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counseling.

2. Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Passion for Education: A genuine passion for education and counseling, with a commitment to student success.
