- **Job Summary**:_

As an Academic Counselor, you'll work closely with students to identify their strengths, interests, and career goals. You'll provide guidance on academic matters, support students in achieving their goals, and collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success. You'll also handle walk-in admissions and provide excellent customer service.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide academic guidance and support to students
- Handle walk-in admissions and provide excellent customer service
- Assist students with course selection, academic planning, and career guidance
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and support students' needs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents/guardians
- Promote the institution and its programs to prospective students
- **Requirements**:_
- Age: 20-25 years
- Qualification: Polytechnic or Electronic Diploma ( Advantageous)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a related field (academic counseling, student support, or admissions)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Ability to work with students, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in handling admissions and customer service
