**Job Summary**TerraTern is seeking a passionate and driven Immigration Counsellor to join our sales team. As a rapidly growing immigration consultancy firm, we're looking for individuals who can help us achieve our mission of making global aspirations achievable.**What you will be doing**
- Provide up-to-date immigration information and accurate guidance based on current visa laws and policies.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific sales targets
- Follow up on inquiries and new leads to convert them into clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the immigration process
- Stay informed about industry changes and immigration law updates
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and content creation
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales processes
**What We Are Looking for**
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may also apply)
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and requirements for multiple countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex immigration processes in simple terms
- Strong sales understanding and customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
