**Job Title: CRM Specialist for Cold-Pressed Edible Oil Sales**
**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist for Cold-Pressed Edible Oil Sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, communication skills, and technical proficiency in CRM tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized communication and engagement strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- **Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
- Provide support in generating sales leads and opportunities through CRM data analysis.
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:
- Initiate regular communication with customers to understand their satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
- Implement follow-up strategies to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- **Training and Collaboration**:
- Train team members on CRM tools and best practices to ensure consistent and effective use across the sales department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data into overall business strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the food or agricultural industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Team player with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Understanding of the cold-pressed edible oil market is a plus.
