**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Location**: Pimpri Chinchwad
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (Any field)
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000
**Experience**: 1-2 years
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Keep records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online sales platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
