**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Performance Max).
- Run and optimize **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
- Conduct **keyword research**, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools**.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per lead/sale.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC, SEM, and social media advertising trends.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad copies and creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaign spends are within limits.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong expertise in **Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Performance Max)**.
- Proficiency in **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)**.
- Knowledge of **PPC strategies, bidding models, and audience targeting**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

**Education & Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field**.
- Google Ads & Meta Ads certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven 2-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
- Freshers and Interns are also welcome but with good knowledge of Google ads and Meta ads.
